Parent 1

“We feel very lucky to have found Alyse during the summer between our daughter's kindergarten and first grade years. She was struggling with her "r" pronunciation and had asked for speech support as she felt self-conscious among her peers, so we set up a regular meeting with Alyse over zoom to see if we could make progress. Our daughter felt instantly comfortable and connected to Alyse. She was excited for their sessions and maintained focus throughout, thanks to Alyse's warmth and kindness and creative approach to learning. She made progress steadily all summer and her confidence increased as she realized she could overcome this challenge. When we wrapped up before the new school year, we were really pleased with how far she'd come, and only sad to end our regular connection to Alyse. She's a gem and we'd recommend her to anyone looking for speech support.”

Child and Family Psychotherapist

“Ms. Eberhardt's assessment reports are written like a novella. She acts as an advocate, a skilled practitioner, and demonstrates a true understanding of the child as an individual and within the family and school system. She teaches children how to speak who hadn't yet found their voice. She is calm when children and families are frustrated, and, in turn, these families learn to regulate, find new ways to express themselves, and reach their full potential. She is skilled, sophisticated, and perhaps most importantly, her personal style and warmth make it fun to learn and grow. I wish I had Ms. Eberhardt when I was in speech therapy!"
